This project started off simple enough, centering its focus on an elementary shape: the circle. As my research progressed, I was able to observe the numerous ways in which the most basic of shapes could be configured into eye-catching formations. This design process led me from basic grid formations to a set of circles that showcase variety in color, position, and size, eventually leading up to a piece that depicts a six letter word in an artful manner. With the help of grayscale contrast and some deliberate positioning, the outcome of this project taught me that circles are in fact a force to be reckoned with in the world of design.
